Overview

The FRI-UW report series (SAFS-UW as of September 2000) includes over 500 annual and final reports pertaining to research conducted by Fisheries Research Institute (FRI) and school personnel from 1973 until present. The subject matter is diverse, focusing on Pacific salmon and other aquatic species (and avian and terrestrial species that interact with the aquatic environment) primarily in the northeast Pacific; biology; ecology; conservation; management; and other disciplines.

PDF Files

Most SoF/FRI-UW reports are available only as photocopies, but many reports starting from the early-1990s have been formatted as pdf* files to facilitate cost-free access via online viewing and downloading.

Obtaining Printed Reports

Photocopies of FRI-UW technical reports may be obtained by contacting the Webmaster, mduke@u.washington.edu, 206-543-4678. Photocopying fees are US$.10/page plus $2.00 handling per copy. Please allow at least 2 weeks for processing orders.
